Hey everyone! We've got a solid round of improvements heading your way. Here's what's new in Juma 👇
The Agent Plan feature has received a handful of meaningful fixes. Plans now handle errors more gracefully with clearer messaging when something goes wrong, and we've resolved an issue where plan queries could cause unnecessary data fetching in the background. Overall, the experience should feel snappier and more stable.
Juma now does a better job estimating token usage when your conversations include reasoning steps, images, or file attachments. This means fewer unexpected context-limit issues during longer or media-rich chats. We've also added smarter compression settings for tool outputs, helping the AI stay within context limits more efficiently.
MCP server integrations now support guidelines context, which means connected tools can provide the AI with better instructions on how to use them — leading to more accurate and relevant tool calls in your chats.
We've launched in Beta the foundation of a skills catalog — a library of reusable AI skills that enhance what Juma can do. The first entry is a PowerPoint template skill, making it easier to generate well-structured presentations directly from your conversations. Expect more skills to land here soon.
Conversation history is now handled more reliably, fixing an edge case where message ordering could occasionally trip up the AI. We've also improved how tool names appear in message history, ensuring they display cleanly without stray prefixes. Skill file uploads now process faster thanks to improved async handling under the hood.
That's the roundup for this release! As always, we'd love to hear your feedback — enjoy the new goodies 🙌
