Hi everyone! We've got a fresh batch of updates rolling out today, with a focus on making chats smoother, search smarter, and a few small but useful quality-of-life fixes. Here's what's new.
💬 Chat improvements
- Smoother scrolling in long chats. We fixed a hiccup where scrolling through a long conversation could cause the whole message list to re-render. Things should feel noticeably snappier now, especially in lengthy threads.
- Better context when you hit an inaccessible chat. If you land on a chat you don't have permission to view, we now explain why — and give you a one-click way to request access from a teammate.
- More reliable agent responses. Fixed an issue where text inside certain agent tool responses wasn't being extracted properly, which could leave you staring at an empty message.
🔍 Smarter command-hub search
We've upgraded search in the command hub with a new hybrid ranking system, plus we now search the first prompt of every thread. Translation: you'll find what you're looking for faster, and threads you remember by their opening question are finally surfaced where they should be.
📁 Folder knowledge, right where you'd expect it
You can now manage folder-level knowledge directly from the project-knowledge sections, instead of hunting for it in a separate spot. Less clicking, more doing.

🛠️ Quality-of-life fixes
- Downloads go where you tell them to. Files now save to your browser's configured download folder instead of defaulting to Documents. Your download settings, finally respected.
- Easier error reporting. Error toasts now include a request ID, so when something goes sideways and you reach out to support, we can dig in faster.
That's it for this release. Give the new search a spin and let us know how it feels — we'd love to hear what you think!
